Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the AIScoutRadar platform at aiscoutradar.com.

2. Platform services

AIScoutRadar provides an AI tools directory with community features such as reviews, upvotes, comparison, and tool submissions. We reserve the right to further develop, restrict, or remove features at any time.

3. Registration and account

An account is required for certain features. Sign-in is handled via OAuth providers or email sign-in. Users are responsible for account security and must refrain from abusive use.

4. User content

Users are solely responsible for published content (e.g., reviews, tool descriptions, comments in forms). Content must not infringe third-party rights and must not be illegal, abusive, or misleading.

We may moderate, hide, or delete content and block accounts in case of violations of these terms or applicable law.

5. Rules for reviews

Our review guidelines also apply.

• Only one active review per tool is allowed per user account.
• Hidden self-reviews, paid fake reviews, and coordinated manipulation are prohibited.
• Reviews must be based on real usage experience and be factually written.
• We may review, hide, remove reviews and block accounts.

6. Notice-and-take-down and disputes

Reports of unlawful reviews can be sent to info@aiscoutradar.com. We review reports, document decisions, and take appropriate measures (e.g., inquiry, temporary hiding, deletion).

In disputed cases, the affected reviewer may be given the opportunity to comment. Where legally possible, we consider counter-statements in the review process.

For provider complaints, we usually acknowledge receipt within 72 hours. In case of plausibly presented legal violations, we may temporarily hide content pending clarification. For statements, we usually set a deadline of up to 7 calendar days.

For factual claims, evidence may be requested. If key facts are not plausibly substantiated despite the opportunity to comment, we may remove the review in whole or in part.

7. Rights to content

Users retain rights to their content but grant us a simple, temporally and territorially unlimited right to use, display, store, and publish such content on the platform as required to operate AIScoutRadar.

8. Review updates and versioning

Users can update their own reviews. Previous versions may be stored internally for review, security, and abuse prevention purposes. Updated reviews are marked in the frontend.

9. Transparency on ranking and advertising

Information on tool sorting, review authenticity checks, and ad labeling is available on the transparency page.

10. Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. Maintenance, technical incidents, and security measures may cause temporary limitations.

11. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damage.

We assume no liability for third-party content, in particular user reviews and linked external websites.

12. Changes to the terms

We may amend these terms of use with effect for the future if this is required for legal, technical, or operational reasons.

13. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
